          I have considerable IT (information technology) experience and have built complex Windows server networks, audio delivery systems, email systems, and web services.

Facility documentation is one of my specialties.  If you have an existing plant that needs professional documentation, I can provide you with a package that will be understandable.  Quality documentation is as important for facility maintenance as the facility itself.

I have equipment to evaluate your AM NRSC mask compliance and FM spurious and harmonic emissions.  Of course this includes HD radio compliance verification.
